Refund policy
Due to the handmade nature of our pouches and bags, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will replace any item that arrives damaged due to shipping within 3 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a replacement, the damaged item must be returned to us within this time frame, and we will cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement.
Please note that we do our best to accurately depict our products in our photos and descriptions, but slight variations in color, size, or pattern may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.
